Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor in our warehouse to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, coaching and supporting performance to meet targets. You will work with the Section Manager and Leadership team to drive on-time, in-full delivery while upholding safety standards and optimizing labour planning.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and culture change initiatives to reduce turnover and improve engagement across the site.

Qualifications

Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
High potential for people and change management.
Good systems skills.
Customer focused approach to operational management.
Resilient, flexible and approachable.
Problem solving ability in a fast paced business.

Responsibilities

Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
Monitor delivery to plan and identify/sharpen focus areas for your shift.
Drive performance on key metrics to ensure on-time and in-full fulfilment.
Maintain highest safety standards with the Safety team.
Review weekly labour plan and communicate issues to the Section Manager.
Provide detailed plans when targets are not met and bridge gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategic activities.
Support culture change and turnover reduction.
