Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Operatives and Trainee Supervisors. You will drive performance, productivity, and engagement across shifts, working with the Section Manager to meet targets and optimise labour while delivering orders on time and in full.

You will champion safety, support continuous improvement, and help embed positive cultural change to improve retention and performance across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong people leadership and change management potential.
• Good systems skills and data-driven mindset.
• Customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilient, flexible and approachable.
• Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Rotation shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and improve shift performance.
• Drive performance on key metrics to ensure on-time, in-full customer fulfilment.
• Uphold safety standards and work with Safety team on routines and audits.
• Review weekly labour plan and address issues with the Section Manager.
• Provide detailed updates when targets are missed and plan corrective actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track.
• Support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.
