Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors, driving performance, productivity and engagement across shifts. You will work with the Section Manager and Warehouse Leadership to meet targets, plan labour, and ensure on-time fulfillment for customer demand.

You will champion a strong safety culture, support continuous improvement initiatives and help embed positive cultural change to boost retention and performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• High potential for people and change management.
• Customer focused approach to operational management.

• Problem solving ability in a fast paced business.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors.
• Monitor delivery and plan for your shift to improve efficiency.
• Drive performance to fulfill customer web and store demand on time and in full.
• Uphold high safety standards and support safety routines and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep strategic activity on track.
