Job summary

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-growing wholesale distribution business in the UK. You will handle picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch, while maintaining stock accuracy, safety, and organisation.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable work ethic. Forklift qualification is a plus but not required. This on-site role offers a supportive team and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential – a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving stock.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries.
• Loading and unloading goods safely.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with stock counts.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and warehouse areas remain organised.
• Preparing orders for dispatch within strict deadlines.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
