Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management, stocking, and shipping. Duties

• Perform picking and packing duties for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment, utilising our hand scanner devices
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading goods from lorries and containers.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment operation, including forklifts.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) not regularly but on occasion.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking and packing orders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
