Pay Rate: £26,262

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Mon-Fri - 40hrs per week (Day-time only)

Location: HM Prison Wotton - GL12 8BT

Important: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process. A full UK Driving Licence is required.

No two days are the same on our HMPPS contract! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play an integral role in supporting prisoners' rehabilitation by leading a team and managing warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, including hands-on picking and packing
• Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse
• Managing the delivery and dispatch of orders to inmates
• Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded

Candidate Requirements:

We welcome applications from candidates with the following experience, but we value potential and talent above all:

• Current three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work within a prison environment alongside inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Good communication skills across all levels
• A full UK Driving Licence
