Job summary

Grant & Stone Electrical is a leading electrical wholesale business supplying products to trade customers across the UK. We are seeking a Warehouse Operative / Van Driver to deliver products to customer sites from our High Wycombe operation, loading and unloading vehicles, picking and packing orders, and supporting stock control.

The role emphasises safety, reliability and a friendly customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience as a Warehouse Operative/Van Driver or in builders' merchant/electrical wholesale is desirable.
• Forklift experience beneficial (training provided).
• Good local area knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Team player with a reliable, organised, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical products as a Warehouse Operative / Van Driver to customer sites and premises.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Support warehouse operations, stock control and replenishment.
• Cut and prepare cable orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and follow safety procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
