Job summary

Grant & Stone Electrical is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Assistant to join our Harrow branch. You’ll support trade customers, process orders, provide quotations and help drive branch sales with outstanding customer service.

You will work across the trade counter, phone and email, build relationships with electricians and contractors, and offer advice on electrical products while supporting stock control and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Electrical wholesale, trade counter or merchant experience desirable.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Assistant to join our busy Harrow branch. You'll support trade customers, process orders, provide quotations and help drive branch sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

Week 1
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Week 2
Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
