Job summary

Devondale Electrical in Glastonbury is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operative to join our busy branch. You will handle trade counter sales, assist customers by phone, and help with stock and warehouse duties on a daily basis.

This role suits a customer-focused team player with good communication and IT skills, and ideally experience in electrical wholesale or builders' merchants. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with training and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

Devondale Electrical is part of Grant & Stone Electrical Wholesalers, with 16 branches across the South of England.

We're looking for a Counter Sales Assistant / Warehouse Operative to join our busy Glastonbury branch. This is a varied role combining trade counter sales, customer service, warehouse duties and stock handling within a growing electrical wholesale business.

What You'll Do

• Serve customers on the trade counter and by phone.


• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.


• Receive and put away deliveries.


• Maintain stock levels and displays.


• Build strong customer relationships.


• Help drive branch sales and deliver excellent service.

What We're Looking For
