Job summary

Mediq UK in Castle Donington is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team on the PM shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm). You will pick and replenish stock accurately, build pallets safely and help ensure orders are ready for dispatch to our customers.

This role suits reliable, hardworking team players who are safety‑conscious and comfortable in a fast‑paced warehouse. Experience is helpful, but full training will be provided, and licences such as FLT/VNA/PPT are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
• FLT/VNA/PPT licences are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick and replenish stock accurately and efficiently.
• Build pallets safely.
• Assist with loading vehicles and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Carry out stock checks.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and follow health and safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe and organized.
• Work closely with colleagues across the warehouse and transport teams.
• Use your initiative to complete tasks on time.
• Support other areas of the operation when needed.

We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Castle Donington, working our PM shift.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our operation running smoothly, picking and replenishing stock accurately and helping us make sure orders are ready to reach our customers when they need them.

What you’ll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Picking and replenishing stock accurately and efficiently
• Building pallets safely to protect both our products and colleagues
• Assisting with loading vehicles and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out stock checks when required
• Using warehouse equipment safely and following all relevant health and safety procedures
• Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, safe and organized
• Working closely with colleagues across the warehouse and transport teams
• Using your initiative to make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Supporting other areas of the operation when required

What we’re looking for

Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial, particularly if you already hold an FLT, VNA or PPT licence, but it isn't essential.

If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
