IRD Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a long-term, temp-to-perm role in Northampton (NN7). You will operate an electric pallet wrapping machine, prepare pallets for dispatch, and perform final QC checks in a busy distribution environment.

This is a physically active, weekday role (Monday to Friday) with an early start at 06:30 and a 15:30 finish. You should be comfortable with manual handling, bending, and working at pace while maintaining high-quality standards.
