Nexus People are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Northampton to join a leading distribution and logistics client. The role involves picking and packing orders, using a hand scanner, loading and unloading pallets, and heavy lifting.

No experience is necessary as full training is provided. Shifts rotate 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, any 5 days between Sunday and Friday. Pay rates £13.48–£20.22 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• UK resident with ability to commute to site.
• Strong grasp of the English language.

This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.

After training, you may be required to rotate between different departments.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
