Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd in Daventry (NN6 7GZ) is seeking Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts. Pay is £13.75 per hour, Monday–Friday with no weekends. Shifts run Days 6:00am–2:00pm and Afters 2:00pm–10:00pm.

Duties include loading/unloading, picking/packing, stock Control and ensuring a tidy, safe environment. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking and quick to learn, with transferable skills or experience in a similar warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Receiving, checking and processing incoming stock
• Sorting and organising inventory in designated storage areas
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
• Operating pallet trucks and warehouse equipment
• Maintaining accurate stock levels through regular checks
• Labeling, wrapping and preparing products for dispatch
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and hazard-free
• Lifting up to 60kg (2-person lift)
