IRD Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a long-term, temp-to-perm role in Northampton (NN7). You will operate an electric pallet wrapping machine, prepare pallets for dispatch, and perform final QC checks in a busy distribution environment.

This is a physically active, weekday role (Monday to Friday) with an early start at 06:30 and a 15:30 finish. You should be comfortable with manual handling, bending, and working at pace while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualificações

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in pallet wrapping or goods-out.
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive bending.
• Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Operate an electric pallet wrapping machine to prepare goods for dispatch.
• Complete final QC checks on wrapped pallets to ensure accuracy and stability.
• Manually handle products and prepare pallets to specification.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards.
