Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Warehouse Operative in Rugby to support fulfilment operations. The role involves picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment.

We offer a permanent full-time contract with a 4 on/4 off night shift pattern, free parking, generous annual leave and a strong pension scheme. Join a global leader in supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in chilled/frozen environments desirable.
• Manual handing and MHE experience.

• Able to work nights and 4 on 4 off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Manual tasks including handling, loading and unloading.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Work in a multi-temperature warehouse environment.
• Picking and packing with headset and LLOP.
• Manage items weighing up to 10 kgs.

Salary: £30,344.42. £14.49p/h
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off. Night Shift, 1900 - 0700.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Working in a multi temperature warehouse environment
• Picking and packing orders using a headset and LLOP
• Be comfortable with manual handling items weighing up to 10kgs
