Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support fulfilment operations at our site in Rugby (CV23 0XF). The role involves picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse environment.

The position operates 4 on 4 off with a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, and offers benefits such as free parking, 24 days annual leave and a generous pension. Previous warehouse experience is desirable and manual handling is required.

• Experience working in a chilled/frozen warehouse is desirable.
• Manual handing and MHE experience.

• General housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Working in a multi temperature warehouse environment.
• Picking and packing orders using a headset and LLOP.
• Be comfortable with manual handling items weighing up to 10kgs.
