Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Bridgwater to support a seven-day operation. The role involves working five days out of seven with weekends on a rotating pattern; typical shifts include 14:00-22:00, 18:00-02:00 and 22:00-06:00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.

Pay Rate: £26,527.60 + 10% shift premium for hours worked between 18:00 -00:00, 20% shift premium for hours worked between 00:00-06:00, 10% weekend premium for hours worked over the weekend

The role involves working any 5 days out of 7, with every third weekend off.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
