Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Northampton to support the Morrisons site. You will handle picking, packing, sorting and manual handling tasks in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

The role offers a 4 on/4 off day shift (06:00-18:00) with training provided. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential, and MHE experience is desirable. A strong team fit and flexible attitude are valued.

• Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Willing to work rotational 4 on 4 off shifts.

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker. Training is provided!
• Happy to work rotational shifts
• Happy to work 4 day on, 4 days off
• Happy to work in a temperature control warehouse
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) ( desirable)
• Is looking for a day shift 6:00 -18:00
