Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Operative at our Rugby centre. Role involves picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment, with manual handling up to 10kg and working in a multi-temperature warehouse.

Day shifts run 07:00–19:00 on a 4 on 4 off rota, permanent full-time contract with benefits. Applicants should have prior warehouse experience, be flexible and organized, and ideally have MHE experience; training and PPE provided where required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Experience in a chilled/frozen warehouse is desirable.
• Manual handling and MHE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manual tasks including handling, loading and unloading.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.

We're now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Working in a multi temperature warehouse environment
• Picking and packing orders using a headset and LLOP
• Be comfortable with manual handling items weighing up to 10kgs
