Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Grange Park, Northampton, is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending 31 January 2027.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week, to support our Holland Cooper customer. Responsibilities include picking, packing, inbound/outbound and stock control, daily use of our warehouse management system, and strict adherence to GXO health and safety policies to ensure smooth goods flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable.
• Strong Health and Safety principles knowledge.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System would be advantageous.
• Flexible and willing to undertake different tasks.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.

This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending on 31st January 2027. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
