Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Grange Park operation in Northampton (NN4 5EL) to support the Holland Cooper customer. This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending 31 January 2027, with shifts Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 (37.5 hours per week).

The role pays £14.38 per hour and includes benefits. You will contribute to smooth warehouse flow, perform picking/packing, inbound/outbound, stock control and use of the warehouse management system, while

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety principles.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Complete tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control.
• Use Warehouse Management System as part of daily duties.
• Follow GXO health and safety policies at all times.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL), supporting our Holland Cooper customer.

This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending on 31st January 2027. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, totalling 37.5 hours per week.

• Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse
• Complete a range of warehouse tasks includingpicking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable
• Strong Health and Safety principles knowledge
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System would be advantageous
• Flexible and willing to undertake different tasks
• Good timekeeping and attendance
