Job summary

GXO is recruiting a full-time, permanent Multi task Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford (TF17LL). You will work on rotating shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday with 5 from 7 days when required.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full time, permanent Multi task Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford(TF17LL).

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. This role ispredominantly workingMonday to Friday; however, you will be contracted to work any5from 7 days whenrequired.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when handling stock, documentation, and data
• Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high service standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to work independently when required
• Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are advantageous, although full training will be provided
