Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a full-time fulfilment centre team member in Doncaster, UK. You will support distribution operations, pick items of varying sizes, and ensure timely supply to customers. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and high pick rates within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting distribution operations and picking items
• Ensure supply of products to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain high pick rates in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold safety, service, accuracy and quality standards
• Adhere to GXO Health & Safety policies
• FLT license desirable but training will be provided
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Working as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations. Picking varying sized/weighted items
• Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner
• Working within a fast-paced environment to ensure you achieve your pick rates.
• Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality
• Always Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies
• FLT license desirable but not essential - as training will be given
• Good communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to build good team relationships
• Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
• Experience of warehouse management systems

This is a full time, permanent role and you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Fridays 08:00-16:00.
