Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operative for our Grange Park operation in Northampton (NN4 5EL).

The role is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending 31 January 2027, with hours 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You will support the flow of goods, perform picking, packing, inbound/outbound tasks and stock control, and use our warehouse management system as part of daily duties while adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable
• Knowledge of health and safety practices
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00

This is a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract ending on 31st January 2027. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, totalling 37.5 hours per week.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable
• Strong Health and Safety principles knowledge
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System would be advantageous
• Flexible and willing to undertake different tasks
• Good timekeeping and attendance
