Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Freezer Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Daventry.

The rate of pay is ££ per hour. Overtime is paid after 46 hours.

This is a full-time role working 4 out of 7 shifts, including weekends.

The available working hours are:

1. 7am to 7pm
2. 7pm to 7am

Previous experience in a warehouse/production environment is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities as a Freezer Warehouse Operative:

1. Picking and packing frozen food for the UK's leading supermarket.
2. This role involves manual handling, twisting, and turning; it is physically demanding.
3. Full PPE is provided as the warehouse operates at -25°C.
4. Working shifts are 12 hours, either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
5. Meeting customer performance standards.
6. Following health and safety policies and procedures.
7. Performing general warehouse duties as required.
8. Supporting store colleagues by ensuring accurate order assembly.
9. Picking, stacking, and handling stock items manually.
10. Maintaining a tidy warehouse and safely managing hazards.
11. Ensuring stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to high standards.
12. Prioritizing safety for yourself and others.
13. Working independently and as part of a team.
