Role Overview

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure our stores receive the right stock when needed. Your tasks include picking products, checking stock, and working independently through your orders to get over 2,000 products into customers' hands, contributing to our shelves being well-stocked and inviting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, with additional payments of £2.00/hour for bank holidays and £3.50/hour for night shifts. Our benefits package supports your well-being and personal life.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking instructions carefully via headset to complete tasks efficiently
• Pack a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour for temperatures as low as -18°C)
• Ensure deliveries are securely stacked
• Report damaged items to your manager
• Work independently through your orders
