You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us - just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you're friendly, eager to learn, and excited about the opportunity to progress, we’ll provide all the necessary training and development opportunities.
As a Warehouse Operative at our Fresh Direct Corby depot, you'll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers' deliveries. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are also opportunities to change shifts, roles, and advance within the company.
Besides an eye for detail, you'll need to be comfortable working in a cool environment (we'll provide a free thermal uniform), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg, and ideally have your own transport to get here.
