About the Role

You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us — just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited to progress, we’ll provide all the necessary training and development opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Bicester depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are also opportunities to shift roles, move shifts, and advance within the company.

Requirements

You should have an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a cool environment (we'll provide a thermal uniform to keep you warm). You must be able to lift weights of up to 25kg. Please note: Due to limited public transport access to our site, having your own transport is a requirement if you are successful.
