£28,157 plus a great range of benefits
Shift Pattern: Working a 5 over 7 shift pattern with consecutive rest days from 06:00 until 14:00

You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us—just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited about progressing, we’ll provide all the necessary training and development opportunities.
As a Warehouse Operative at our Bicester depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, preparing them for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—there’s no limit to your potential. Once in the role, there are opportunities to shift, change roles, and progress within the company.
You should have an eye for detail, be comfortable working in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform), and be able to lift weights of up to 25kg. Please note: Due to poor public transport links to our site, it is a requirement to have your own transport to get to work if successful.
