Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Bristol is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Chilled & Fresh division. You will be part of a fast-paced team handling stock, picking and preparing orders for temperature-controlled delivery.

We offer 4 on 4 off permanent night shifts (19:00–07:00) with an hourly rate of £16.38 and a performance bonus. Overtime is paid at time and a half. This is a banked hours contract with strong training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a chilled/cold warehouse is desirable
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Operate MHE responsibly and safely – full training provided

Job Description

We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics.

Shifts

- 4 on 4 off Permanent Night Shift - 19.00pm – 07.00am

Hourly rate: OTE £16.38. Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.

This role works on a banked hours contract.

Our Warehouse operatives are the heart of our business, and you will be joining a great team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks
