Job summary

Culina Logistics in Bristol is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support our chilled pick operation in a fast-paced environment. You will be hands-on, loading, unloading, and picking stock while maintaining safety and accuracy as part of a dependable team.

This full-time role offers 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern (07:00–19:00) in a cold environment (2–4°C). OTE £15.13 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half and a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse.
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 - 19:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics.

Shifts

• 4 on 4 off Permanent Day Shift - 07.00am - 19.00pm

Hourly rate: OTE £15.13. Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.
