Culina Group Limited, a leading UK logistics provider, is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for the Crick site in the Chilled & Fresh division. You will support everyday warehouse activities across picking, loading, inbound, and stock movement in a fast-paced environment.

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern (18:00–06:00) with a salary of £13.88 per hour plus £1.38 shift allowance. You will handle PPT equipment where trained, maintain safety standards, and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly in picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
• PPT experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable timekeeping and a flexible approach to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to the correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and help ensure orders are completed to the required standard.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join Culina Chilled & Fresh at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you willsupport the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse by helping with picking, loading, inbound activity and general stock movement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights from 18:00 - 06:00

Salary: £13.88 per hour plus £1.38 per hour shift allowance
