Job summary

Culina Logistics Bristol is seeking motivated warehouse operatives to join a fast-paced team in the Chilled & Fresh division. You will be involved in picking, stock preparation and safety-conscious handling of goods on a banked hours contract.

Weekly shifts run Monday to Thursday, 11:00–21:30 with overtime paid at time and a half. The role includes full training on MHE and strict hygiene standards to maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a chilled/cold warehouse is desirable but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT.
• Operate MHE responsibly and safely – full training provided.
• Carrying out manual handling tasks.
• Maintaining hygiene standards and high levels of health and safety at all times.

Job Description

We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics.

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday - 11.00 - 21.30 (4 on 3 off - Shift Pattern)
• Hourly rate: OTE £15.50 Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.

This role works on a banked hours contract.
