Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Bristol is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced chilled and fresh division. You will handle stock picking, operate MHE after training, and perform manual handling tasks in a role that supports our banked hours contract.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday 11:00–21:30 with an OTE of £15.50 per hour including bonus; overtime is paid at time and a half. This role stands at the heart of our logistics network in Bristol and offers development opportunities within

• Experience in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Description

We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics.

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday - 11.00 - 21.30 (4 on 3 off - Shift Pattern)
• Hourly rate: OTE £15.50 Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.

This role works on a banked hours contract.
