Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Bristol is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our chilled storage team. This full-time, permanent role covers 12‑hour Day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, 07:00–19:00, in a temperature-controlled environment between 2 and 4 degrees.

You will pick stock, load and unload trailers, and use RF scanning to ensure accurate orders while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. OTE £15.13 per hour, with overtime at time and a half.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (2–4°C).
• Able to meet tight deadlines and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and pick stock in a chilled warehouse.
• Use RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure correct quantities are picked.
• Maintain health and safety at all times.
• Maintain high housekeeping levels in the warehouse.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full‑time, permanent position working 12‑hour Day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 07:00 - 19:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long‑term career in logistics.

Shifts

• 4 on 4 off Permanent Day Shift - 07.00am - 19.00pm

Salary

Hourly rate: OTE £15.13. Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.

What you’ll be doing

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast‑paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Strong organisational skills.
