Job summary

Culina is the UK’s leading independent specialist supply chain partner, hosting a Bristol night shift position within a modern chilled warehouse. You will pick stock, keep stock moving safely and accurately, and work as part of a dependable team.

This full-time, permanent role operates 12-hour nights from 19:00 to 07:00, 4 on 4 off, including weekends, in temperatures of 2–4°C. OTE £16.38/hour with a performance bonus and overtime at 1.5x base rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Confident working to targets and KPI standards in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Confidently work to clear targets and KPIs and deliver strong performance.

• Load and unload different trailer types using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high health & safety standards at all times.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Bristol team, supporting our Warehouse Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour Night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

Hourly rate: OTE £16.38. Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate.

What you'll be doing:

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
