Job summary

Culina in Bristol is expanding its logistics team. We are seeking motivated individuals to build a long-term career as Warehouse Operatives in a fast-paced environment. You will join a great team handling stock to meet customer requirements and maintain high safety standards.

The role involves night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation, with an hourly rate of £16.38 and a competitive bonus. Training and development programmes support progression within Culina Logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking and preparing stock to customer requirements.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment with training.

We're expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics., Our Warehouse operatives are the heart of our business, and you will be joining a great team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks

• Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT
• Operate MHE responsibly and safely - full training provided
• Carrying out manual handling tasks
• Maintaining hygiene standards and high levels of health and safety at all times
  Previous experience working in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Shifts

• 4 on 4 off Permanent Night Shift - 19.00pm - 07.00am

Hourly rate: OTE £16.38. Inclusive of a competitive performance bonus. Overtime paid at time and a half of the basic hourly rate. This role works on a banked hours contract.
