Job summary

Culina, the UK's leading independent supply chain partner, is recruiting for an on-site role in its Chilled & Fresh division at Highweek. You will load/unload goods, complete inbound and dispatch documentation, and help maintain HACCP-compliant processes to meet daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment.

Responsibilities

• To load/unload product strictly in line with Company policies and procedures.
• To ensure the correct documentation is completed for inbound and dispatch loads.
• Reporting trailer or MHE faults and placing VOR vehicles in designated areas.
• Remain vigilant to ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
• Ensure dispatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
• Reach and maintain the standards to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure practices comply with Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations, and challenge non-compliance.
• Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the Stock Controller.

Job Description

• To ensure you load/unload product strictly in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
• To ensure the correct documentation is completed for all inbound and dispatch loads.
• Reporting any trailer or MHE faults in line with Company procedures and ensuring VOR vehicles are placed in the designated areas.

• Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.
• Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the appropriate Stock Controller
