Job summary

GXO Sittingbourne is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our equipment management network in a fast-paced, sustainability-driven environment supporting a major grocery partner. This full-time role offers permanence and a flexible 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, including mornings, lates, and nights.

You will be responsible for loading/unloading vehicles, baleing cardboard and plastic waste, keeping all areas clean and safe, and performing other duties as assigned by your line manager.

Here at GXO Sittingbourne, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative to join our fantastic team within our equipment management network. This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process for one of the leading grocery supermarkets, Morrison. The site is a fast paced, diverse environment with plenty of development opportunities available.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an any 5 days out of 7 pattern.

Shifts available:

• Morning - 06:00 - 14:00
• Lates - 14:00 - 22:00
• Nights - 22:00 - 06:00

What you will do on a typical day:

• Accurately and safely load and unload vehicles with all customer equipment and waste arriving at the site

• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager
