Job summary

Maxpack is expanding its warehouse operation and seeks reliable Warehouse Operatives for Morning, Day, and Late Shifts.

You will pick, pack, and load orders, receive stock, and help maintain safety and efficiency on the floor. Training and development opportunities are offered, with a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence is required.
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong time management and organisational skills are needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach Truck, PPT and UK Driving Licence advantageous.

This role is essential to ensuring customer orders are received, picked, packed, and loaded accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
