Job summary

1st Choice Staff Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Warehouse Picker/Packer to join a client site in the United Kingdom. You will pick, pack and prepare orders, check deliveries and move stock using forklifts, supporting safety and quality in a busy warehouse setting.

Shifts rotate 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, 37.5 hours a week, with overtime as required. A valid Reach and/or Counterbalance FLT licence is essential; a full, valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary: £26,719 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Skills and Requirements

• Essential: Valid Reach and/or Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good manual handling skills and physical fitness.
• Basic IT and communication skills.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with suitable PPE provided.
• Full, valid driving licence.
