Parkside in Stoke Poges, England is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to support busy warehouse operations. You will receive deliveries, prepare goods for dispatch, move items between locations, and ensure accurate paperwork.

You will dispatch orders, handle courier queries, perform regular stock takes, maintain tidy areas, manage shelves and returns, and assist with quality checks prior to despatch. A hands-on, team-oriented approach and ability to work to tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods in/inbound processing.
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to use Excel/Outlook for documentation.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Responsabilités

My client have taken on a lot of new clients so are now seeking an additional warehouse operative to assist in the efficient running of all warehouse functions.

Daily Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking in all deliveries into the warehouse.
• Preparing goods to be sent to the factory and checking paperwork and quantities are correct.
• Movement of goods to and from the factory.
• Dispatching of all orders to the customer with efficient checking and dispatch of labels and delivery notes.
• Dealing with all courier-related queries and managing the courier database and stock in the warehouse.
• Regular stock takes where needed
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept tidy and adheres to Health and Safety conditions at all times
• Managing the stock on shelves
• Managing and checking of sold items in the sold area
• Assisting in the returns of goods to suppliers
• Assisting in quality checks prior to despatch.
• Picking and packing orders.
