Job summary

GXO Logistics, in partnership with Waitrose, is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our Magna Park team. This permanent role offers stable hours on a 5-out-of-7 rota and a chance to grow with a leading logistics provider.

Shifts available: afternoons 14:00–22:00 and nights 22:00–06:00. Interviews on Tue 15 Sep and Thu 17 Sep.

You’ll handle picking, use MHE such as LLOP/PPT/RT/FLT, and operate our warehouse management system with voice-picking in a safe ambient environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using MHE - LLOP/PPT/RT/FLT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in your approach - peak seasons exist.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking customer orders.
• Operate manual handling equipment safely.
• Use the warehouse management system and voice-picking.
• Follow health & safety practices in line with company policies.

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re working in partnership with Waitrose and are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Magna Park.

This is a permanent position, working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

Shifts available

• Afternoons, covering the hours 14:00 - 22:00


• Nights, covering the hours 22:00 - 06:00

Interviews will take place on Tuesday, 15th September and Thursday 17th September!

What you’ll do on a typical day

• Our Warehouse Operatives work in an ambient environment and support in the picking of customer orders


• You’ll operate manual handling equipment in a safe manner


• You will utilise the warehouse management system and \"pick by voice\" equipment


• Ensure that all health & safety practices are followed in line with company policies
