Job summary

GXO Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our Corby site on a full-time, permanent basis. You will help ensure accurate picking, loading and unloading, and maintaining safe, efficient operations to meet customer expectations.

You will work rotating day shifts or fixed night shifts, with salaries of £27,985 on days or £30,294 on nights, plus holiday pay and pension benefits. We value teamwork, reliability and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes.
• Experience with driving MHE is desirable.
• Team player with a one-team mindset; flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking customer orders.
• Loading/unloading vehicles using counterbalance and electric pump truck.
• Working at heights to retrieve and store pallets.
• Highlighting any potential quality issues and reporting incidents promptly.
• Complying with procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment.

Here at GXO we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Corby - Shared User site.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, helping deliver high-quality service by completing customer orders to the highest standard.

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday on one of the following shifts:

• Rotating Shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
• Fixed Night Shift: 22:00-06:00

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Accurately pickingof customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehiclesusing counterbalance and electric pump truck
• Working at heights to retrieve and store pallets
• Highlighting any potential quality issues and reporting any accidents/ incidents on a timely manner
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks

• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment
