Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Telford is hiring full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team on rotating shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. You will work Monday to Friday, with the possibility to work any 5 from 7 days when required, supporting a busy distribution operation.

This role demands accuracy, good IT skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Training on Warehouse Management Systems is provided, with opportunities for career progression and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems desirable.

You will be working on afull-time,permanentbasis, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of06:00 to 14:00and14:00 – 22:00. This role ispredominantly workingMonday to Friday; however, you will be contracted to work any5from 7 days whenrequired.

• Annual salary of£28,059.79
• Shift premiumpaid £3.37 per hour between 18:00 – 06:00

Whatyou’lldo on a typical day:

• You’llreceive, pick, pack, and deliver stock efficiently while keeping safetyfirst!
• Keep warehouse inventoryaccuratethrough cycle counts and stock checks
• Complete data input and admin tasks to support smooth daily operations
• Work as part of a motivated team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when handling stock, documentation, and data
• Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high service standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to work independently when required
• Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are advantageous, although full training will be provided
