Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Shift Controller at our Diageo site in Runcorn. You will lead a team of warehouse colleagues, drive safety and performance, and address operational issues to meet service levels.

The role offers 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) on a 2-2-3 pattern, a salary up to £40,919.84 per year, 20 days plus bank holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical & dental insurance, and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a large, fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for high performance.
• Commitment to safety; IOSH Managing Safely desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operational changes are incorporated into department standards.
• Continuously strive to improve site operational effectiveness to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure colleagues comply with procedures and understand responsibilities.
