Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager on our Coca-Cola contract based in Lisburn, BT28. You’ll be pivotal to the efficient running of the business, leading Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives to deliver consistent performance against KPIs, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

This full-time, rotating 8-week shift pattern includes days/nights and weekends, with a 7-day break in each rotation. The role offers up to £40,000 salary plus pension, life assurance and retail discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of shift KPIs and operational processes.
• Ability to delegate tasks to ensure high performance.
• Employee engagement knowledge in a diverse working environment.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives.
• Manage departmental activities to achieve Customer KPIs.
• Increase productivity and profitability in the area.
• Oversee all warehousing processes and activities.
• Develop a high-performance culture through targets and feedback.
