Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager for the Coca-Cola contract in Lisburn, BT28. You will lead Supervisors and Operatives, drive KPI performance, and report to the Warehouse Manager, ensuring a high-performing team and a culture of engagement.

The role runs on a unique 8‑week rotation, with days, nights and weekends and a 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00 pattern. It is full time and permanent with time off built into cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of shift KPI’s and operational processes.
• Ability to delegate tasks to ensure high performance.
• Experience in employee engagement within a diverse workforce.
• Excellent spoken and written English; IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for a team of Supervisors and Warehouse Operatives; recruitment, training, performance management and discipline.
• Manage all operational activities to achieve customer KPIs.
• Drive productivity and profitability within area of responsibility.
• Oversee all warehousing processes and activities.
• Set targets, measure performance and develop an engaged workforce.
