Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure customer service levels and KPIs are met.
• Coach and inspire Operations Supervisors and staff to maximise performance and engagement.
• Drive health and safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and implement improvements to productivity and quality.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for operational excellence.
