Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Corby site to lead a high-performing warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive daily operations, ensure targets are met, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will coach and develop staff, manage resource planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service for leading brands.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse operational data and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing KPIs and delivering against SLAs.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; WMS/SAP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet KPIs.
• Ensure productivity, quality and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement initiatives for efficiency.
• Manage resource planning to meet changing business demands.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Quality and Customer Services teams.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support employee engagement and performance development.
